Frequently Asked Questions.
- Q1: After the Dramix steel fibres have been added, does the concrete pump easily?
- Answer: Yes the fibres spread evenly during the mix. Pumping to height is no problem using normal pumping equipment.
- Q2: Are the Dramix steel fibres distributed evenly?
- Answer: By using the conveyor belt and following the Bekaert recommendations for mixing. Excellent distribution is achieved.
- Q3: Do the Dramix steel fibres need to be mixed with the concrete on site?
- Answer: No, they can be either mixed on site in a truck mixer or can be added in the batching plant.
- Q4: Do the Dramix steel fibres stick out the top of the concrete once laid?
